Olympic Gold Medalist

Jordyn  Wieber  is  an  Olympic  gold  medalist  and  American  gymnast  from  DeWitt, Michigan.  The  teenage-gymnastics-phenom  caught  the  world’s  attention  by  becoming  the 2011  American  Cup  Champion,  beating  out  the  reigning  world-all-around  champion  at the  time.  She  went  on  to  become  the  best  gymnast  in  the  world  when  she  won  the all-around  at  the  2011  World  Championships  and  became  undefeated  in  six  major gymnastics  competitions  in  2011  and  2012.  A  key  member  of  the  “Fierce  Five,"  Jordyn helped  the  U.S.  Olympic  Women's  Gymnastics  Team  capture  the  team  gold  medal  at the London  Olympic  Games  in  2012.

In  2017,  Jordyn  graduated  with  a  bachelor’s  degree  in  psychology  from  UCLA,  where she currently  serves  as  an  assistant  coach  for  the  women’s  gymnastics  team.  As  a former Olympic  gold  medalist,  Jordyn  has  expansive  knowledge  of  how  to  succeed  in gymnastics,  but  her  influence  extends  beyond  that.  Her  combination  of  physical  prowess and  determination  makes  her  still  one  of  the  top  influencers  in  gymnastics  with  an incredibly  passionate  social  media  following.

In  January  2018,  Jordyn  came  forward  as  a  survivor  of  Dr.  Larry  Nassar’s  sexual  abuse and  has  since  continued  to  fight  to  make  gymnastics  a  safe  sport  again  for  young  girls. Over  the  past  several  months,  she  has  met  with  the  U.S.  Senate  Subcommittee  on Consumer  Protection,  Product  Safety,  Insurance,  and  Data  Security  to  help  create safeguards  to  prevent  sexual  abuse  from  ever  happening  again  to  athletes.

At  the  2018  ESPYS,  Jordyn  and  more  than  140  other  survivors  joined  hands  to  be honored  with  the  Arthur  Ashe  Courage  Award.  The  women  stood  together  in  a  powerful and  solemn  closing  and  received  a  standing  ovation.

Founder of The Fiscal Femme, The 30 Day Money Cleanse, and Financial Coach

I was an investment banker, working long hours, making the big bucks but at the end of the day I had nothing saved to show for it. Why? I was spending to make myself happy. C’mon I work so hard, I deserved to splurge on myself, right? Did it work? Nope! I was exhausted, out of shape, and lost touch with my friends and family.

When I was ready to transition to a new job with a lower salary but better lifestyle, I knew that my relationship with money would have to change for it to work. When I got started, I realized that I knew nothing about managing my own finances. I thought… if I know nothing about personal finance with a finance degree and three years of experience working in the financial services industry, then others probably don’t know about this money stuff either. I started writing about my money journey and sharing what I had learned on my blog, the Fiscal Femme and the rest is history.

I’ve since dedicated my life to helping others transform their financial wellness! I am a certified life coach specializing in money and personal finance. I have worked in the financial services industry for over ten years: first as an investment banker, then in corporate finance and most recently running the Fiscal Femme.  I graduated with a degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Boss in Heels, Author, and Business Expert

Heather Monahan started from very humble beginnings growing up in Worcester, Massachusetts. After graduating from Clark University, she began her career in sales and quickly advanced to top salesperson and Brand Manager within her first year in corporate America. After being harassed in her position, she left the wine business and started working for Wilks Broadcasting as a salesperson in radio. A year later she was offered an equity partnership which required her to move to Saginaw, Michigan.

Heather made the difficult decision to leave her family and friends and move alone to the Midwest for the chance to create value and potentially sell the Saginaw properties for a gain. Within three years in Saginaw, she significantly increased the group’s value resulting in a successful sale of the properties more than doubling the purchase price from 27M to a final sale of 55M. Heather then moved to Naples, Florida to begin working for Beasley Broadcasting where she started as a Director of Sales.

After one year of substantial revenue results, she pitched herself for a position that didn’t previously exist and was awarded the VP of Sales title for the company. Over the next few years she pitched herself for and was awarded the newly created Executive Vice President of Sales role and ultimately the Chief Revenue Officer title.

During this time Heather launched her personal brand to empower women and give them the insight and tips she had longed for as a young professional. She was the Keynote speaker at the Corinium CRO conference, held the main stage at the LOAC in NYC, and emcee’d City Year Miami Women’s Charity Luncheons. Heather was recognized as a Glass Ceiling Award winner and as one of the Most Influential Women in radio in 2017 before her unexpected termination. Faced with the choice to go back to her comfort zone or take a leap of faith and pursue her passion to elevate others, Heather chose to make her company Boss In Heels her full time job. Over the next few months, Heather was featured on the Elvis Duran show, wrote and self published her first book entitled Confidence Creator and was named the Brand Ambassador for Perry Ellis International’s female brand Rafaella. Subsequently, she was named a limit breaking female founder by Thrive Global. She is also a member of the Florida International University (FIU) Advisory Council to further serve as a mentor and leader in the South Florida community.

Confidence Creator released on Amazon May 22nd immediately taking #1 New Release in Business Motivation & Self Improvement, Women’s Personal Spiritual Growth, Self-Esteem, & Personal Transformation.
